Speaking of North Vietnam, tourists will think of Ha Long Bay or Sapa. However, in recent years, the name Thien Hang Cave, Phong Nha Cave and especially Hang Son Doong Cave. With the deepest and widest cave in the world, the highest in the world and need more time to continue exploring it.

Phong Nha, Ke Bang national Park

Phong Nha and Ke Bang belong to Quang Binh province, Vietnam with many of the most beautiful rivers such as Gianh, Ron, Nhat Le, Ly Hoa, and Dinh. It is these 5 rivers that make up the most beautiful cave system in the world. Come here to witness firsthand the most beautiful beauty that nature brings to Vietnam in general and Quang Binh in particular.

Phong Nha National Park covers an area of up to 200,000 ha with a combination of forests, limestone mountains and an underground river system.

Mostly forests and occupying 95% of the area and the general invisible created a protective layer of more than 300 caves.
Limestone forest and ecosystem is divided into 3 functions as follows:

Strict protection zone (64,894 ha)
Ecological restoration zone (17449 ha)
Division of Administrative Services (3,411 ha)

Besides its geography values, Phong Nha – Ke Bang is also an important archaeological and historical site. Researchers have discovered here an ancient hieroglyphic script of Cham people – this proved the fact that Phong Nha Ke Bang had been explored first by Cham group in this region. Phong Nha Ke Bang also was military base King Ham Nghi built for the resistance war against French colonialists in the late 19th century, and was later used as Ho Chi Minh Trail and Road 20 used during the US resistance war of Vietnamese people.

Attraction  

Visit Phong Nha Cave is a masterpiece created by the Chay River. Phong Nha cave is 44.5km long, containing 14 compartments on an underground river of 13,969m long.

Tourists can take a boat on the Chay River and the alley can discover a part of more than 1500m of the cave. Because it is only discovered and put into tourism, it will make anyone inside it overwhelmed. The ceiling of the cave is stalactites hanging down in many shapes and sizes.

Thien Duong – Paradise cave Located near Ho Chi Minh highway, 200m from the sea. Thien Duong Cave will explain its name, with its splendid beauty, the sparkle of stalactites and stalagmites are indescribable.

The formation of Thien Duong Cave is even more brilliant and holds more echoes than Phong Nha Cave. With stone pillars and stalagmites stretching over 31km has made visitors overwhelmed.

Son Doong  cave has been discovered by the Hoang Gia Anh cave association. Beyond the imagination of people, has made anyone who has ever come here wish to have the opportunity to return.

Son Doong Cave is announced as the largest cave in the world, 5 times larger than Phong Nha and En Cave with total length that has been calculated 9km. There are two dolines created by the ceilings collapsed, allowing the sunlight into the cave.
